All delivery charges include postage, packaging, and processing and handling fees.
We generally post orders Monday to Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or the following day. However, some orders may take up to five working days to be dispatched.
We post all of our UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class anywhere in the United Kingdom, with the exception of Jersey and Guernsey Islands, military addresses (BFPO) and Gibraltar.
For UK orders, please note, once your order package has left our premises it is the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver it to the address provided. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
When your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail with tracking number.
UK orders posted via Royal Mail 1st Class usually arrive within 1 - 3 days of being posted.
UK missing packages can be investigated by Royal Mail after 15 working days have passed from the posting date. For this period we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.
EU and International orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked and Signed Small Parcel service.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number of your parcel. You can track your parcel via Royal Mail website or via your national post website. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available online.
European parcels usually arrive after 3 - 5 days of posting.
Parcels sent to the rest of the world usually arrive in your country within 5 - 7 days.
Please be aware that once your order package has left our premises, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail and your national postal service to deliver it to the address provided.
European missing parcels can be investigated by the Royal Mail only after 20 working days have passed.
The rest of the world missing parcels can be investigated by the Royal Mail only after 25 working days have passed.
Glafira's Yarn team unable to provide refunds or replacement for this period.
We cannot be responsible for missing parcels if the customer provided an incorrect address.
For those your orders that we will receive from the Royal Mail with a status 'undelivered' we provide an option to have that order be resent. However, you will be additionally charged full postage price if the reason of return is 'order has not been collected from the sorting office' or 'the wrong address has been provided'.
